I have a contact who is building a family tree. She has tested at Ancestry DNA and they have indicated she is a second cousin but we are struggling to find the family connection.

On my maternal side, there have only been women born for several generations (although my grandfather was in both the Navy and Merchant Navy most of his life. He was known to have a few ladies in other ports before he met my grandmother) and on my paternal side, both male and female offspring. Fortunately, one paternal aunt has also tested so we know her mtDNA type.

Is there a site where we can upload the AS file and it can predict the mtDNA?
