What is your opinion on nMonte? I've been criticized for calling it bullshit (it may still be useful, I'm undecided).

nMonte is a tool only, nothing wrong witht it. Problem is to choose good targeted dataset for your run. Using whole spreadsheet with ancient and moderns is waste of time.
Ancients should be divided to few epochs too.
About moderns only, I think using whole spreadsheet with individuals is nonensical. Here only targeted runs.
Whole spreadsheet with averages you can try for fun, but certainly results would be better when you eliminate some overlapping pops. If someone is sure about his genealogy, as you, for example Ukrainians should be removed from run.

Why do you think it's BS? My main problem is deciding which is best to use default on/default off , scaled/unscaled .
