Can Valentina Mezzaroma pass in Rome or Siena?

Born in Rome and grow up in Siena,but she has an English mother,even her father is from Rome
To me she looks neither Italian nor British,but very Scandinavian/far north German,so I doubt whether she can pass in her own hometown

Her hair is just too light but for the rest she passes without any problems imo.... I've seen women looking somewhat like her but with darker hair and this of course includes dark blonde
