The profile shot isn't the best as it doesn't reveal headshape but he's brachychephalic for sure.

He's of Bosniak descent, he could have been Albanian aswell, however there aren't Goranis in Turkey or there are very few of them. Tall height doesn't necessarily have to be of European extraction, there surely are pure Turks that are tall aswell, besides he's not that tall either.

I think that he's somewhat phenotypically similar to me. How would you classify him?

His surname is Turkish, pretty much Turkic Turkish and not a Muslim surname even. However, he is of Bosnian descent. There's quite a few Turks of Balkan ancestry like him, mostly they don't necessarily identify as Balkan people living in Turkey but as Turks with a different ethnic origin, sometimes they're unnaware of their ancestry. The changing of surnames is not unusual in Turkey, they probably did so as part of the assimilation of non-Turks. Hell, even the Turks from the Balkans are mostly Balkanian by origin which is why you'll see "ethnic Turks" with supposed real Turkic ancestry like Ataturk for example with blonde hair and blue eyes.

Turk by nationality, yes. However, there's a difference with having some specific ancestry (Bosniak in this case) and your nationality (Turkish in this case). Blacks and whites in America share nationality, but they don't share origins.

A lot of Turks have Balkan ancestry for that matter, Candan Ercetin f. e., who strikes me as a rather good-looking woman even though she's somewhat old, has Albanian ancestry. Übermensch Turk without Balkan ancestry? I think not.

No, probably not. Turks can look that dark without having Gypsy ancestry. Just like Turks can look very Europoid without having European ancestry. Also, the brother looks rather typical for Adana.
