some baskid types have moderatly low forehead, but i think it's alpine meds and paleosardinians

Iron Age Keltic type, without any doubt, specially the Aran isles variant. One Aran islander sampled by Coon had a auricular head height of 110mm.

It is interesting that keltic nordids and baskids have so low vault, yet some people says they have dinarid influence but if that were true, shouldn't their vault be higher( dinarids have very high vault)? I think they don't have dinarid influence or just a little

In UK it is Keltic Nordid by far
