Are some phenotypes aging better/worse than others?

Aside from living habits, we constantly keep hearing that (physical) aging usually comes down to genetics in the long haul. However, do some phenotypes age better than their counterparts? Do cro-magnoids age better due to their more robust genetic makeup?

Then this doesn't apply to you. That's not aging related. More like "age development related". You're still in your youth. Humans start aging once they hit the 25 year mark. Fine lines, wrinkles, hollowness...

It is very random, I see no patterns. What I have observed is that people that tan, smoke, and drink excessively age (skin) much faster. Also, the fairer types are more quickly damaged by sun.

Women manage to mask it with the help of cosmetics for some time, but on men it’s all visible. In addition, Nordids have mostly thin and weak hair, men often go bald quite early (and even women, but later). The written above applies only to unmixed Nordids, mixed versions tend to "spoil" much slower.

Pure Nordics are less and less, they themselves have already understood everything. In Russia, now mostly Nordids + Baltids and Nordids + Pontids. Most often, these people take the best from both types.

But if nordids take care of their skin, their young look will remain for a long time. They have a thing called neotheny, while meds lack it.

That isn't necessarily a good thing to have. That's paedomorphism, meaning that the person has 15 y/o childlike juvenile features. Maybe good for women, but a less desirable trait for men.

I don't know anything about phenotypes but all of the women in my mother's family age really slowly too. People always joke about white women aging terribly but they all look ~15 years younger than their real age, and even I look a lot younger than I really am. As long as I never go bald I'll be happy.

Even though they go together, i don't think neotheny and pedomorphism are necessarly the same thing. Alpines, baltids and most mongoloids are pedomorphic. Nordids are not, they just carry their juvenile look for a longer time

My impression is that Middle Eastern men also tend to look much older than their actual age very often.

A good example is the 9/11 hijacker Marwan al-Shehhi (UA Flight 175 that crashed into the South Tower of the World Trade Center). He was only 23 years old during the attacks but looked like a guy in his 40s:
