definitely not !!!

In Europe he can fit only in Sicily, Crete and maybe in southern Spain.

The best place for him is north Africa.

Passes across Italy and across Spain, IMO. Passes across Greece also.

I think Spaniard users would not agree with this.

Point being, I don't think his aesthetic can only be found in specific, isolated pockets of Southern Europe.

I think Spaniard users would not agree with this.

I think reasonable ones would (those for whom taxonomy is not politics).

He can pass only as Sandžakian. They are are bosniakized Albanians with Anatolian input.

Atlanto-Med/East Med

Overall he looks closer to Italy/Spain, but there's an element that shifts him towards the Levant. The dark/exotic Albanians I've seen (and posted some them here lol) are distinctly different, this guy is more like the people Sikeliot likes to post.

I agree that the OP's subject has some aspect/s to his aesthetic reminiscent of the non European (but I don't think that this genre of aspect is rare in Southern Europe).

He has Slavic surname and he looks mixed with Montenegrins to me. Dinaro-Med.

Most Albanians from Montenegro have had there last names slavicized when they first became inhabitants of the country in the late 1800's.

It was an assimilation tool, from the government at the time. It's very common to see Albanians with -ic.

As far as mixed with Montenegrins, there is still debate as to whether or not MNE Albanians are more slavic influenced than other Albanians.
