No, unfortunately I didn't. I'm not so sure about Genesis but it doesn't seem way off... anyway gotta make do. It might have more accurate results in the future.
I'll post a better pic later but it's <2% Finnish, <1% North Africa, <1% West Middle East (Levant).

I do score more North African than most AJ's I believe but that's a bit far. Both sides of my family were in Poland and Russia for the last 200 years. Just look at those North Atlantic and Baltic scores. I may have a relatively recent ancestor who was Sephardic though, that could be possible.

I was just speaking from a historical perspective, there were Sephardi's who married in to Ashkenazi communities. I have no clue if my North African is elevated in comparison to other AJ's though, I honestly haven't seen that many kits.

In one PM I gave you a link to that article which says about Sephardic Jewish immigration to Germany. There were also Sephardic Jews in Poland, especially around Lviv (historically Polish, now in Ukraine), Lublin and Zamosc.

Well scoring 97% Ashkenazi doesn't mean you are 97% Ancient Hebrew. They did absorb converts to Judaism as they migrated to new homelands. Ashkenazi component is already diverse. Just look at their K36 results how mixed they are - much more mixed than K36 results of Ancient Canaanites.

Ashkenazi genetics is mapped from the mouth to the anus and back but how do we map Sephardi DNA? Not enough sample size is the motherfucking issue #1 while un problema grande #2 is like you hinted at, post-1492 Sephardim either moved to Turkey or had "drowned" in the Ashkenazi gene pool. The biggest joke is when you have Jews who are Sephardi on both sides and the mainstream hurritage companies like AncestryDNA or 23andme give them the result that says, say, 35% Ashkenazi 25% Middle Eastern 29% Iberian 9% North African 1% Eskimo 1% t. Alberto Barbosa because there is no "officially" recognized Sephardi marker as of date and instead is interpreted through the Ashkenazi markers.

It's a damn shame this world is now forever lost, especially with its language, customs, and rich mystic traditions (RaMBaN, Spinoza). Imagine writing Mexican Spanish (which Ladino is more compatible with than Old World Spanish) words in the Hebrew alphabet, now THAT is a patrician-tier pidgin right there, dawg. Yeah, I've made these observations too. I think generally Ashkenazis and Sephardis come from the same bottleneck due to their similarity with Italkim but our Baltic and East Euro admixtures are what pull us further north/to Europe both Phenotypically and Genetically.

No surprise there lol. Your GEDmatch results are cool btw, looking at Ashkenazi results always makes me somewhat envious haha.

White? Sure. If white means caucasoid, I am maybe 1 or 2% not caucasoid so of course. If it means European then probably not, with or without these results. Genetically I am in between most of Europe and most of the Levant. Culturally I'm mostly non-European, and was born and raised outside of Europe. If anything I would say me (and in fact all Ashkenazi Jews) are neither white nor brown, neither European nor Middle Eastern. But somewhere in between.

Because being Mizrahi I'm obviously more Middle Eastern that you or any other Ashkenazi for that matter, but while I'm predominantly Middle Eastern I can't pinpoint all (or tbh can't even estimate how much exactly) of my Middle Eastern ancestry is actually Hebrew, while in your case while being "only" 50% Middle Eastern (which is significant) the entirety of this ancestry is undoubtedly Hebrew.
