I am a second-generation New Zealander of British descent; please classify me. Opinions as to which countries I might fit in are welcome. Link below:

There are two front-on photos as my camera is somewhat fisheyed. The lower res photo is more accurate.

Cheers.

I know you are of British descent, but my first thought was Dutch.

No relation to the mighty crocodile hunter, but certainly a childhood hero of mine.

Interesting you say Dutch, as I have no dutch ancestry to my knowledge. My father's parents both come from renfrewshire in Scotland, whereas my maternal grandparents were both from the south of england, although my grandmother had distant norwegian ancestry. Thanks for your input.

Nordid with Borreby.

Interesting, my grandfather (a scotsman) has a very robust phenotype, perhaps where the most of the Borreby influence comes from, whereas my mum has a very nordid look.

Could you elaborate on what you mean by this?

I mean that you have Indo-European features a.k.a Kurganoid. You could pass in Eastern Europe and on the Pontic-Caspian steppe. At least to some degree.

Thanks for the explanation; I thought that may have been what you were implying, but wasn't certain. Cheers for the elaboration man.

You are one of the more eastern passing Brits I have seen, I agree with others you pass in Eastern Europe.

It might very well be underestimated on TA, the extent to which the British are a powerhouse of Northern and Germanic aesthetics, IMO.

Nordic with East Baltic, almost Uralic. This Croat could be your brother:

I don't disagree with members' associating the OP's aesthetic with North East Europe, but I also perceive definitive AngloSaxon aesthetic touches (of the Nordic sort).

A truly brotherly aesthetic (in terms of deep similarity) can only be found among Germanic speakers (including English speakers) IMO.. And definitely so, in terms of the rate/degree of incidence referred to.. The Croat guy, IMO, lacks the requisite features/touches/details for aesthetic brotherliness (in the sense of his being our OP's subject's doppelganger), again IMO.

In reference to Germanic Central Europe, Northern Europe, and North Western Europe.

Fair enough, but regardless of his heritage, he has different vibes to OP's subject, as my eye perceives it.
