How many phenotypes can a person be classified as?

You'll always see a post here whereas the user is guessing the phenotype of a person and they go for several phenotypes while they're at it. "Alpine, Gorid and some Baltid" for example. Then we've got users who only go for one phenotype. "Tronder!" for example.

Can a person have only one phenotype? And if the person appears to have several in the mix, how many are one 'allowed' to assign to someone's appearance before it gets far fetched? I would guess not more than three?

Can they be equally dominant as each other, or do they always come as one being the #1 first and foremost dominant phenotype whereas the rest follow suit in ranking order?

If it's the latter alternative, what would be the reason to why a phenotype becomes the first and foremost dominant one?
