Those are the studies I was able to find.

Northwestern Czechs (old study):

Another study on hair color (also old):

From a bit newer study (sometime between 1949 and 1960 given the administrative divisions), average hair and eye colors by region:
If anyone knows the source for this, please let me know.

Maps I made based on the data above:

If anyone has any others I would really appreciate if you post them here. Thank you.

According the maps:
Eastern regions with capitals Žilina, Bratislava, Nitra, Bánská Bystrica, Košice and Prešov belongs to Slovakia, not Czech Republic

Yeah the study is old (post communist ones virtually don't exist) so it includes Slovakia, I figured it doesn't hurt if I include whole Czechoslovakia plus you have Slovakia for comparison.

You're right, some Westerners (particularly Americans) might not know immediately the map shows entire Czechoslovakia lol

This is from a study by Schimmer on Austria Hungary from late 19th century. Today's Czechia consists of then "Bohemia" and "Moravia" highlighted in red. The sample size was gigantic (over one million).

Bohemia seems to be slightly blonder and more blue-eyed than Moravia while the share of light eyes is equal (69%). I just did a study on Czech senate and found very similar results of light eyes: https://www.theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?339779-Czech-eye-pigmentation-(Senate-study-results)&p=7059917#post7059917

It could be some local differences but thanks to migration within the country in the last 100 years , it is not so visible unlike before. I will add some source from 1890s book, here.

I have found the snippet in the book finally.
This book refers more or less about the area of Nový Jičín okres (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nov%C3%BD_Ji%C4%8D%C3%ADn_District)
- where I live.
It is a long time when I read it lastly, and I remmembered
just the words about blond hair and blue eyes, here.
I decided to translate the whole paragraph, because
I have found the information very interesting :)

Anyway the girls in the local costumes are from Hodslavice (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hodslavice)

I think they screwed up Dalmatia and Istria for eye colour here. Slovenia probably too. Austria and Czechia are probably OK because numbers make sense and fit with other studies.

Well I didn't really learn anything new here it's mostly a third of each thing light hair, dark hair and different eye colors.
