french don't live far from belgium,on the north the flammish around antwerpen are very blond and on the the south on the wallon part they are more chesnut light brown,but like me a majority of blue eyes

No, Flemish do not usually look like this. Only remarkable amongst children. She is not a child.

Interesting there's so little difference between ethnic French (Waloons/Picards) and ethnic Germans (Flemings/Franconians). Based on that I would estimate Flemings having an excess of 10-20% Germanic ancestry compared to Waloons...

Explanation is super easy. Rhine was the border of Roman empire for 500 years almost, considerably reducing inflow of Germanics south of that border. When "barbarians" finally breached that border and started to settle, local population was already dense enough (thanks to superior agriculture techniques) to genetically absorb numerically inferior invaders. West Germanic speakers South of Rhine continue to be pred. Keltic in ancestry...
