What about his nose and lips?

So what? He's of Northern European descent and many N. Euros have rugged features.

When I visited North Europe I was surprised by how many of them look part-Negroid. Southwestern European features are the 'standard' white features in Brazil.

What about his nose and lips?

Look at his brothers on facebook, they have a clear Northern European look.

That's why I think many of "white" brazilians can pass as white in some europe regions, despite of amerindian and negroid influence

What do you mean by "part-Negroid"? Full lips and wide noses?
Many Euros do have coarse features, but many in these forums act like all of them had beautiful progressive features.

Most White Brazilians (even when they score minor Amerindian and/or SSA) don't look mixed or have rugged features. The thing is that light skin makes someone White in Brazil. So we have at least 10% of self-declared Whites who are not really White and probably around 10-15% of Pardos who are probably confused swarthy Whites (what makes Brazilians around 45-50% white anyway if by white you mean 80%+ European) .

This is consistent with genetic data. Some self-declared whites in some parts of Brazil are less than 70% European and some self-declared pardos are up to 90-95% European.
