Now, my friend, I gotta disagree.
1) Pretty normal Bulgarian of Mediterranean type:

2) Mixing with Gypsies is avoided as hell here (she doesn't look like one either). One is either Bulgarian or Gypsy - can't be both.
There are several public figures who deny their Gypsy roots like this woman (whose photo I post below) but everybody knows what they are. Nobody in their sane mind would view this whore (Petya) as Bulgarian no matter what she claims:
