Which part of Poland is your family's ancestry from?
He seems to be genetically more like a Ukrainian than like a Pole anyways.

This uncle is close relative of my father, they from same city. All my father ancestry is from Kolomyja and 50% of my own. Kolomyja was around 20-25% Polish population. Of that 20-25% around 7% were Szlachta (Historical Polish noble families and landowners). This uncle is Szlachta, my father family also Szlachta, my mother family is not.
These people mostly live now Upper Silesia in Poland.

In the PCA, this uncle is plot south of Ukrainians, between Ukrainians and Moldovans. Closer to West Ukrainians
Geographical that is where Kolomyja is located..
