It's about the same, but many Brits can be very fair.

Same range (though OP's subject evokes more of the "Med" than most Brits, IMO)

I cannot tell the difference between this man and a regular englishman

Same skin tone. Type 2, which is majority in Britain. Of course there is significant minority of type 1 which would be paler, but I would say he is same as average.

According to my eye: Morgan is patently more British looking

He would certainly don't stand out among British Islanders or in most of Europe. And his skin tone is very average in Spain.

The main skin pigmentation difference between Northern and southern Europeans is some more presence of super-pale individuals among them than among south Euros, and that's it. But lots of them (North and Central Europeans) are not super-pale, and have a standard fair skin tone very common among southern Euros too.

Most southern Euros (except a very minority of swarthy individuals) would not stand out as darkies in most of Europe.

Skin pigmentation differences among North/Central and south Europeans are exaggerated up to ridiculous extremes by many uninformed people.

The difference appears to be in facial structure.

Facial structure far > skin pigmentation (re: Southern Vs Northern Europeans)

Of course... since OP is Spaniard

I was just speaking to the comparison with Morgan..

The internet is too vast (and too mundane) for one man to defend Spanish honor from every perceived slight

Andalusia and Morocco are two different worlds.
Damn, even Canary Islands, which are in Africa, are another world compared with Morocco.
