(Or km if you use the metric system on your phone data records for the distance that you walk each day.)

Or steps taken each day according to your phone's fitness data records?

If you don't have data record apps on your phone, then how many hours of walking do you do on average each day, or during the week?

I walk around in circles every day in the workshop (even when on the phone, I walk around the workshop). Not hardcore walking but 20k steps days aren't uncommon.

about 5 km by foot (total, to the station and back). I commute. I live in the countryside (not suburb) and work in the city. about two hours commute daily (total, morning plus evening). it's ok, I used to commute 50% longer until two years ago. probably 7km a day a minimum (need to go about 1km away to lunch). I walk fast, I don't like to walk like we're in a park on Sunday.

Usually I walk 6-10 km (4-7 miles) per day

During hottest ( July-August) days I walk 3-5 km (2-4 miles) per day

I used to walk about 7 miles a day, but now I have a little problem with my right leg, so I mostly sit at home. I remember how before my whole body ached after a long hike. I was recently presented with a knee pillow ortorex.com and I really appreciated this orthopedic device. It is really very convenient and useful for resting the legs. If you don't have one yet, then I really advise you to find these pillows and try, then you will feel the difference.

1 mile, weather permitting. Used to run, but that might ultimately destroy the cartilage between the knee. Swimming is best, but who has a pool.

On a typical day if I walk for exercise, my Fitbit usually records 4-6 miles :).

I can’t quantify the distance, but about 7 hours a day depending on my level of activity at work.

Walking is airy fairy compared to burpees !

I dunno, yesterday I probably walked about a mile or two and I do that every now and again. A few days ago day I walked 3 miles up and down a mountain but only because burpees gave me the fitness level to do it ! Today I did 50 burpees and 50 pushups (at 240 pounds that is no small feat). If I work up to doing a 100 burpees in 7 minutes or so and keep doing pull ups I'll be able to do burpees plus pullups in one fluid compound movement. I used to be able to do that and I was ripped like Bruce Lee.

I walk about 2 miles 3 or 4 times a week but sh*t like burpees outclasses that in everyway. Eye of the prize :
