Dinarids have also long face (horse face) while Armenoid have rounder features with a lot of fat in their faces.
Fat nose with eagle shape while dinarids have thin noses and also many times straight noses with a downturned tip

Fat can alter a lot someone's traits and lead to misclassfications. Hence the Fat nose with eagle shape you mentioned.

One example was James Gandolfini, most people classified him as Alpine while in fact he was CM / Atlantid.

I think a photo of the OP when younger and non - fat would help.
