I think both Emma Watson and Celine Dion could easily pass for Iberian, but I'm going to go with Celine simply because she has a look that I saw quite a bit around the central east coast of Spain and up in the north as well that I've never really seen anywhere else and I think is quite distinctive. Spanish news presenter Ana Blanco Lopez shares the same phenotype I think....

I think some Spanish sites must have labeled some pictures of Emma as this Melody girl by mistake.
