This is a special type of blonde that is found in France and Benelux (sometimes in England too) but rarely in Scandinavia, Germany or Slavic regions.

I'd call it an Atlandid/Nordic combination, distinguished by a bony face structure that puts it apart from Baltid influenced Nordics.

Other French speaking female singers like Céline Dion and Françoise Hardy offer darker declensions of that special type (all with a distinctively present chin):

Those types are quite typical for places like Rouen, Lille, Brussels or Antwerp (BTW the name Pester is most probably of Flemish origin).

On this recent picture Lorie looks like a beautiful Dutch woman is supposed to be:

^^I have seen this type of look in those regions of France and Belguim myself when on many of my visits there.

So it's makes sense that this type is more likely to be a Flemish look.

I know this a lot of pure or mostly Nordic types a lot of their Cro Magnon goes to the lower part of their face.
