She's exactly half Ecuadorian.. but if what you mean is she's by far majority European, there's no doubt she is.

I don't see this "Amerindian" some others are seeing. She looks completely European to me. It seems her dad is a Spanish-Ecuadorian. If you look at pics of her family, they look like Europeans.
