probably like Sardinians, maybe a bit lighter due to selection effects in the less sunny north

From what I know, the Neolithic peoples of Britain were responsible for the megaliths in Britain, so their genetics is probably akin to Sardinians. Basically an EEF and WHG mix before the population replacement of these people by Dutch-like Bell Beakers (Steppe invaders) during the Bronze Age.

They where like 90% EEF (who are part WHG) and 10% British WHG, they largely replaced the hunter gatherers.

The British EEF where then replaced by Beaker people, who likely where not celts but Belgic's or something, they could have been celts though, no one is really sure when celtic languages came to britian

EEFs were in Britain for around 1500 years before the Beaker invasions (c.4000 BC-2500 BC). By comparison the modern Beaker descended population of the British Isles has been there for approx 4500 years now. The Mesolithic Hunter Gatherer population had been there for around 5000 years before being replaced by Neolithics (9000-4000 BC).

There was a reconstruction done recently of a neolithic woman from Britain and they made her as dark as fucking cheddar man.

Most mainly Mediterranid like the people of Italy, Sardinia, Spain, etc.... with their dark hair, dark eyes, maybe also olive complexions.

He is obviously crazy. Why bother even quoting him. Europeans are "tri-racials", a mixture of Anatolian farmers, Paleolithic indigenous European hunter-gatherers and Yamna folk from the Steppe.
