What I have noticed is that Indian celebs look more Med/European than Pakistani celebs, Pakistani celebs despite being light skin retain Indid features , maybe it is because of grooming since most Pakistani wear shalwar Kameez/desi dress.

i think its the makeup. pakistanis focus on having a more light skin, innocent type look while many indian celebs put on more eye shadow, contour, etc aiming for a sharper look making them look pseudo med i think.
