I'm surprised pakistani kashmir/gilgit area has a higher gdp/capita than indian kashmir.

i think article 370 is pulling indian kashmir back while Gilgit Baltistan is getting lot of investment due to China-Pakistan economic Corridor. India also has more wealth disparity than Pakistan.

true regarding the cpec. Through that, tourism became a big source of growth in that area due to the natural beauty. In india its basically south india and nw india that are the most developed, atleast according to indian standards. UP and bihar region is worse off than balochistan. And unfortunately those two states also have 1/4 of the indian population.

Lahore has well established roads i must say. pakistani highways are better as well than indian highways.
