There is no dark Baltid, as far as I know.

Even if that girl is extremely broad faced and for sure short skulled. Your sample above is more like narrow skulled and for sure long skulled.

Do you even know definition of face length? It's distance from deepest point between eyes and tip of chin. Long face is when face length is visibly longer than face width which is distance between cheekbones. That's the case on the photo you posted.

But photo in OP is classic example when face length and face width are roughly same. That's called wide face. Regardless of the fact that dark hair covering her forehead creating visual impression of long face. Because in physical anthropology forehead doesn't belong to face. You have to look at shape created by eyebrows and jawline, if it's squarish that's wide face. If it's vertical rectangle it's long face.

Do you understand that pigmentation is secondary if not tertiary feature when it comes to phenotype? Especially now when hair are easily dyed. Skull size and shape are the more important defining factor. Judging be sample given we can safely establish her wide squarish face belongs to Baltid first and foremost.
