DNA Land not compatible with FTDNA anymore?

Is the raw data from more recent FTDNA accounts (2019) not compatible with DNA Land? Last month I uploaded a file once, waited for more than a week and yet there were no results. I emailed them and asked why that would be. They replied in a few days saying they had re-submitted my file and I would receive the results soon. Meanwhile I deleted the kit and re-uploaded it again. Since then 7 days have passed and it still says 'in progress'. Previously I would have gotten my results in 1-2 days after uploading.
