What makes them considerably genetically similar to the Lebanese is the high legacy of ENF and CHG. However, the ENFs did not seem so rich in CHG, so how did it come in such high quantities in the Greek islands, in the east and in southern Italy? It seems to me that I understood that it is due to a gene flow that involved the ancestors of the aforementioned peoples just before the beginning of the story.
In good quantity the first Indo-Europeans abounded in CHG, but I doubt enormously that they had anything to do with it. What do you know about this gene flow?
