Resurgence of Neolithic Britons

In Olalde 2018 Supplementary Info we can clearly see that British Neolithic ancestry increased over time after the invasion.

Tables S9-S11 give the following averages:

Copper-Early Bronze Britain = 96-95% Beaker ancestry, 4-5% Neolithic British ancestry
Middle Bronze Age Britain = 90-89% Beaker ancestry, 10-11% Neolithic British ancestry
Late Bronze Age Britain = 85-86% Beaker ancestry, 15-14% Neolithic British ancestry

So almost certainly some pockets / enclaves of Neolithic population survived initial Beaker invasion and later mixed back in.

The majority of individuals in this early period had 0% British Neolithic ancestry.

Average in this period was 4-5% Neolithic British, some individuals had more:
