Hard to say but I think that probably you are right.
Those cheekbones suggest something.
Probably Tenma has the accurate clasification.

Atlanto-Med + Alpine + Dinarid, no visible Amerindian. He could be slightly mixed but I guess he can pass in Greece and Italy.

Yes, that's what I was thinking.
If he is mixed it's something very tiny, because he looks uber typical in Southern Italy. Extremely typical indeed.

I remember that in Calabria and Basilicata I saw many people quite similar to him either in Padula (southern Campania).
But it could be that it's not a particularly typical phenotype but he would pass ok in those regions for sure.
