Postings on the StormFront forum have been barred as evidence in the murder trial of Polish-American nationalist Richard Poplowski of Pennsylvania. Poplowski is charged in the deaths of 3 police officers, who died in a shootout when they stormed Poplowski's residence in April 2009. Poplowski later surrendered to police and is now on trial. The 41 pages of his StormFront postings were found to be not relevant (http://www.post-gazette.com/pg/11155/1151376-53.stm#ixzz1OPilganI) to the trial as they did not contain any actual threats of violence to the police.
