He took a DNA test and it came back 57% European with the remainder being African, Native, and Middle Eastern so he is mostly European.
Could he pass in Spain or elsewhere in Europe?

I do not think he could pass in Spain, not even in south east europe... He looks very much north african and middle eastern.

People in this range (50-60%) rarely look even like the darkest Europeans. He's clearly mixed.

It would look exotic in Spain. I think they would see it more as North African.

The boy in the video looks more towards North Africa, I think.
