I understand what your saying, in Asia I have only seen Persian Iranians this light

I have a few Pashtun friends where I live, I noticed usually sisters look lighter men look darker, with all respect they used to bring me to all Muslim basketball tournaments and I had to claim as Half Afghan Half Russian, I have a few Christian religous tattoos so I have to wear long sleeve shirt when I am playing, I look similar but taller, beard, green eyes. There was already 2 legitimate Russian Afghan brothers on our team, and they were taller than me so I guessed I passed kind of easy..
