I2a1 is Paleo-Italian Haplogroup just like J2a is Greco-Anatolian.

They will never say so because.. you know R1b might get angry (Saxons, French etc..) Who took Italy in 400 A.D.

This is Roman Italy: (Lombards are Germanic R1b) In Roman territories I2a1a is exepctionally strong (Sicily and Sardinia for example even today)

What does it mean when PH908 migrate direct to Balkan from Carpathian mountains, and some other Yugoslavia clades don't go direct but do loop or circle around Romania, Moldova and then go Yugoslavia..

North of the Danube, Dacians occupied a larger territory than Ptolemaic Dacia, stretching between Bohemia in the west and the Dnieper cataracts in the east, and up to the Pripyat, Vistula, and Oder rivers in the north and northwest.

This map reveals too much. It wouldn't surprise me if the US government takes it down.

Judging by the distribution on Yfull( I assume you're the Serbian sample) it seems more West Germanic than a Goth going South. Maybe one of the Germanics during the Macromanni wars?
