The 3rd guy and 4th could be Polish even and he does not strike me as Finnish looking.

My daring guess: Germans (something about the 1st guy and his facial expression kinda reminds me German people) despite his pseudo-stereotypical-Finnish look (mind you, he'd not be very common there either). He would look most off in Poland among Polish people.

Aryans were people associated with indo-Iranian languages which are not in Europe but in Asia. Indo european is a useless term outside linguistics because proto IE type people no longer exist.
