I found it ! This video is a perfect example. Mainly the guy using the weight machine is a Germanic build type. He is not lean, but not fat. Very wide and muscular, but not overly muscular. Strong legs. Broad shoulders. About average height (between 5'10 and 6 ft) He would reign supreme in any military situation.
