That's highly unlikely. West Asians, including Assyrians and Lebanese, are highly endogamous, meaning they marry people within their own ethnic group.

Some Lebanese and Assyrians can naturally look Southern European, just the same way some Spaniards and Italians can look northern European.

It is highly easy to happen and has nothing to do with admixture or marriages, just with nationalizations to improve the national teams. Many countries practice it, Albania in football for example. Or Spain in rugby, without going further.
