Yes :)

Yea, they were Serbian nobility originally from here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zlatibor

When Ottomans arrived they migrated to Herzegovina and later to Krajina (northwestern Bosnia and Banija).

Funny further origin of Svetozar Borojević is from Serbian nobility from Raška and Hrvoje and other Croatian mythomans say he was Croatian :picard1: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Svetozar_Boroević

Imbecile, I said he considered himself Croatian. He despised Serbia, stop pretending like he has anything to do with you other than blood.

Boroević himself stated many times[5][6] that he was a Croat and that Croatia was his homeland,[4] and is often referred to as "Croatian".[4][7][8][9][10][11]

He considered Serbia enemy and blamed it for starting the war and later end of Austria-Hungary and creation of Yugoslavia.

Borojević very negative opinion of Serbia is well known. I am speaking about Serbia the country, not Serbs the people since he obviously has origin from them.

There are no Croats in southern Serbia. If you mean Banovina I am not overly familiar with that area and all I know is that it's desert today.

Yes, I forgot to say. Serbian nobleman Ivan Borojević from Zlatibor was last mayor of Niš before Ottoman conquest. He return on Zlatibor when Ottoman took Niš.
Later he came to Cetinje and found Cetinje brotherhood Borojevići who are tested as R1a same as Krajina Borojevići.

Then it is not correct to call one of the more respectable families "nobodies".
I know, I am from there..

I am pretty sure Serbian medieval nobility was pred. R1a.

Famous Serbian economist and my cousin Branko Dragaš who is R1a-M458 claim origin from Serbian medieval noble family Dejanović-Dragaš.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dejanović_noble_family

My great-great-grandmother was Dragaš.
Branko is my cosin by 2 lines.

All of them are present in the table of Serbian dna project. Maybe sample is larger, but we can see results for only 87 of them.
