If it's old, then it probably sucks!

When was the last time your Ancestry updated? I'm assuming the GB switched over to Scandinavian now?

It didn't. They really insist on british ancestry.

I'm wondering how much of northwestern europe is counted outside of GB. I think my Germanic Europe and GB+NW europe are divided weirdly.

The circle includes Jutland, but it's in the weaker range.

My 23andme separates those regions very well for me, I rate the AncestryDNA results bad for now.

10/10.... ;o)))

Nevertheless, I'm curious what "England, Wales and NW Europe" represents?

Is it a North Sea Atlantic component (England, Wales and Benelux)? Celto-Germanic?

Thank you.

Not sure either, other than it includes the Jutland peninsula in the weaker range.

But it's components that are associated with the people that came to settle Britain obviously. :D
