A Predominantly Neolithic Origin for European Paternal Lineages

People of the first advanced civilizations and most ( more than 95% ) great Europeans GENIUS from 800 B.C. to 1950 don't have blonde ( neither medium nor dark blonde ) hair and scandinavian nordic facial features...

It seems they have common roots..that are not shared with indoeuropeans Language.

Don't forget that the cradle of civilization is not in NORWAY...and don't forget that most of the great German ( English also ) speaking Genius were not blonde or they were JEWISH..

I really think that nordic vikings are the less intelligent people ever lived in this continent.. ZERO CONTRIBUTION ( OK 0,1%) TO CIVILIZATION.. this is a simple historical fact.. Don't blame me..

According to the ancient constituents, the Irish are much closer to the Finns and the Balts. Unlike the Italians, the Irish have no Levant additives, but the Irish have a high Siberian ANE, almost like the Finns.

According to ancient ancestors, Western Europe and Eastern Europe form a common continuum. The Irish are at the center of this continuum. Southern Italy is very far away. The distance is due to the heavy Middle Eastern mix of 10-20%

South Italians have a lot of Jewish genetic ( the best supported historic and genetic theory is the one that details a Jewish migration, during ancient rome, from Israel through what is now Italy )

That diagram is trying to explain where Bronze Age Irish came from i.e Rathlin and where the neolithic farmers came from. So that map can apply to many populations in Europe. It's not really about "the Celts". Celts were a later population anyway and most likely formed from groups like Unetice and Urnfield.

Just word order is similar but otherwise completely unrelated languages which is not really surprising. There is a thread on Anthrogenica if anyone is interested.

What? Is this another idiotic question? So Italians get their relatively dark skins, black hair, dark eyes from Africans?
No Celts do not come from Anatolia, they hailed from Central and Western Europe (via Germany, Belgium, northern France, the Netherlands) to the British Isles. They sojourned in those lands as well before crossing the English Channel to reach "Albion" as Romans called the Isles. Bronze Age inhabitants had some origins in the Pontic Steppes (Ukraine and Southern Russia!), over time they migrated westwards, northwards into Europe until they reached Western Europe through Germany. It was "no direct flight" either, progressively. The Bronze Age inhabitants of the British Isles are the Bell Beaker folk from Northern Europe (The Netherlands precisely), and were genetically different from Southern European Bell Beakers despite the fact they had a sort of common "Bronze Age technology" of Bell Beaker. It is these people who replaced over 90% of the Neolithic Age population of the British Islands (Stonehenge builders) who are said to be physically more similar to the Mediterranean people, while these newcomers had lighter skin(white skin), lighter eyes and lighter hair. In other words, Bronze Age brought more genes which influence the reduction of pigmentation in skin and eyes, with lighter eyes, blond/blonde hair became more common in the population. This was before the Celtic or Keltic era. Brown hair is the most common hair colour of Europeans, it is not restricted to British Islanders only. The frequencies of different hair colours of the people of the British Isles are comparable to other populations with considerable Northern European ancestry! Not Anatolian, what a joke! Three principal genes responsible for red hair are found in nearly a third of the British people.

That’s a very misleading question, the answer is partially, but also the other European indo-europeans have some Anatolian admixture from the women they took from the early European farmers. But for the most part, their DNA is more steppe admixture than anything else

These two factors have nothing to do with each other. It's either something that has ''always'' been there, after all Caucasoid people were much darker thousands years ago or it could be a sign of Roman colonization.

It's the opposite. Celts conquered parts of Anatolia, it was known as Galatia in ancient times.
