Not sure about Armenoid, I don't doubt there are some middle easterners that share his appearance. However, he does look more like an Italian or Adriatic type. Definitely not a very typical Austrian.

His eyes do look particularly Jewish Armenoid the rest is Dinaric/Aplinoid.
