Phenotype VS Genotype

How much are phenotype and genotype correlated? I think like what I have written as my signature: Genetics and aesthetics might be different. French with North African aesthetics will still be genetically close to the other French. Turks with Nordic aesthetics will still be genetically close to the other Turks. Germans with Mediterranean aesthetics will still be genetically close to the other Germans.
