I guess Hallstatt-Nordid + West-Baltid with a slight Alpine influence.

Yup. And this is her maiden name while this quite rare for a married woman. She's from Giżycko which is relatively close to Lithuania (100 kilometres way to the south-east) but Poles rarely have Lithuanian ancestry, if it is than usually it is minor. There is though one commune (gmina) in Poland where Lithuanians make up the majority - 75% in gmina Puńsk, it borders with Lithuania. And Poles that surround them seem to have something distinct in their genome according to some studies, different Y-haplogroups composition etc. which may suggest that they are Balts-turned-Slavic likely in the middle eages or have some Baltic substrate to them. Early Baltic and Slavic speakers were very closely related too.

She may well have some Lithuanian ancestry but nothing that I am certain of.
