You do realize majority of Siberian population today is made up by Russians who migrated there in last 2-3 centuries, do you? But even then total population of Siberia is minor fraction of total population of Russia.

French mean you count only ethnic franch, and for Russians you count non-ethnic Russians? Nonsense ..

African migrants can not be French, and the Mongoloids can not be Russian, they belong to other ethnic groups (Yakuts, Buryats, Tuvinians, Khanty, Mansi, etc). Because we are talking about ethnic groups (French and Russian), and not about the country's population.
P.S. I think that Russians have a greater percentage of Nordids, but not by much.
