The face traits. They are close, but this guy looks Middle Eastern influenced. Pontic Meds do not pass well in Middle Eastern.

Yes, the skull is almost the same.

but I guess the convex nose and lower eye lid shape (one user mentioned that in another thread), makes iranid bit different from Pontid. The basic skull shape is same for pontid and iranid.
