I did it on Xcodelife.

I highlight two things which are most interesting to me, the other stuff is boring like how much Vitamin my skin needs and if i will get premature wrinkles.

7. TANNING RESPONSE
Moderate: Moderately likely to get tanned.
Tanning is a response to the sun’s ultraviolet radiation resulting in an increased production of
melanin. This is an adaptation to protect skin from damage as the increase in melanin darkens the
skin. We test for variations in genes that are associated with the production of melanin. Those who
have difficulty tanning are at higher risks of sunburn, sun spots, wrinkles, folate loss and melanoma
while individuals who tan easily are at risk of vitamin D deficiency as they may derive less vitamin D
from sun exposure. People of certain genetic types tan faster than others due to variability in
tanning response and may experience the following symptom: skin color is darkened on sun
exposed areas of the skin.
Recommendation:
• You have a moderate genetic tendency to get tanned.
• Avoid spending time outdoors between 11:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m.
• Wear protective clothing, a hat and sunglasses.
• Follow a diet that is rich in Vitamin A, zinc, probiotics, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids as they may
increase your tanning response and prevent sun damage.
• Include guavas, blackcurrants, raw flax seed oil (1tbsp), sunflower and safflower oil, red beans,
cranberries, kidney beans, tomatoes, watermelon, yoghurt ( 1 cup ), oysters (cooked), chickpeas, Atlantic
mackerel, salmon fish (100-150gms), and chia seeds in your diet.

And moderate tendency to have freckles, freckles are more common among light skinned people.
