Iranized Indians have Iran related ancestry from ex Persian territories. So they will occasionally have types popping up like the OP. In her case the Iranian admixture may be higher than the average for a Pakistani. Iranics are pure Iranians with small to no Indian influences. Aka no weddic, dravidian.

LOL there is no term like iranicized Indian. Pakistan is not ex persian terriotory . It is multi ethnic country with main ethnicities being : Punjabi, Pashtun , sindhi, Balochs, Seraiki, dards. She fits in the diversity of them and her look is native to Pakistan. She is not even the lightest Pakistani ,
