Would Latin American Balanced Mestizos who are like 50% Euro 50% Amerindian cluster with many Central Asians like Uzbeks, Uyghurs and to a lesser degree, some South Asians like Bengalis, Nepalis, some South Indians, a Global PCA plot?

Since they score similar amounts of East and West Eurasian ancestries to these populations?

Can anyone answer this?

I think they would cluster with Central Asians like Uzbek, Uyghur, some Turkmen and some South Asians like many Bengalis, many South Indians.

they would cluster with Central Asians when 23andMe had that global similarity map

What Central Asian ethnicities in particular?

I think Mexican Balanced Mestizos would cluster with Uzbeks, many Uyghurs, some Turkmens. While Indomestizos like around 70-80% Amerindian would cluster with most Hazaras, many Uyghurs and some Kazakhs. Finally, I think 80-90% Amerindian and full blood Natives would cluster with most Kazakhs and Kyrgyzs.

Do you agree? Don't Mestizos also cluster with some Indians/South Asians?

Depends on how many dimensions are on there. If the PCA is made of 3 components only, east, west eurasian and SSA, yes. If there are more, they will not.

Anyway, those "balanced" mestizos are actually more west eurasian than east eurasian, because of ANE being present in Amerinds.

I will try to find some old global similarity maps from 23andMe of Mexicans
I only remember the map only had Hazara and Uyghur for Central Asia

That make sense. Would Mexican Mestizos cluster close to South Asians as well if only three components are used?

Thanks man. Appreciate it. Also full blood Amerindians would cluster with Altaians, maybe Khakass as well.

This is true. This Half Hungarian half Peruvian is a perfect example, he is around 50% Euro 50% Native and he is around 61% West Eurasian and 39% East Eurasian in his Gedrosia K3 thanks to his ANE+ Hungarian admix (his pics are in the thread; he looks more Indomestizo than balanced lol)

His thread

His Gedrosia K3

Admix Results (sorted):

# Population Percent
1 W_Eurasian 60.62
2 E_Eurasian 39.38

This.

If we are considering that at some PCAs stays "after" East Asian and Central Asian is between Europeans/East Asians (like K15), maybe. Just maybe.

But only North Central Asians I think. South Central Asians have few to none East Asian at all and more South Asian + Gedrosian.

The best way to find out is to get a few mestizo gedmatch kits, run the eurogenes K36 calculator and fill in the values here (http://gen3553.pagesperso-orange.fr/ADN/similitude.htm) in order to see how close they are to all populations on the world map. Only downside here is that some of the samples might be too small or inaccurate.
