Don't know about the phenotype, but he looks fully mongoloid to me. If I saw him on the street, my first guess would be that he is a tourist from East Asia.

If I didn't know his ancestry I would say South-Sinid, he looks kind of pseudo south-Han/Thai/Viet/Cambodian.
In reality he's probably something like North-Sinid/Tungid + Arabid/Nilotid.
