Yeah she definitely has had surgery.... she looks unnatural.

I said Indonesian and Malaysian bc of the end result lol but I bet her natural face is much different.

In general, SSA admixture is responsible for creating some exotic looks among MENAs. She gives off some mulatta vibes too IMO. Zendaya has a somewhat similar phenotype.

Yes, I think that's it. I would never have guessed her as Egyptian. She doesn't look classically Egyptian at all. I would have guessed her first a Hispanic and second as SE Asian.
