Updated 23andme

Last time 23andme updated I had 2 regions Poland, Russia. After the update December 29, 2018 I got 8 regions Poland, Russia, Hungary, Ukraine, Greece, Romania, Germany, Northern East Africa. I didn't get genetic map as all the users got it. I email their service center and they told me at next update or possibly sooner I will get map. I got update just now. It is only a preview? I got 24 new regions but 19 unspecified and still no map or further details they only showing me this:

Podkarpackie Voivodeship, Poland
Lipetsk Oblast, Russia
+14 regions Eastern European

Ionian Islands, Greece
Iasi County, Romania
+3 regions Southern European

North-Rhine Westphalia, Germany
+2 regions Northwestern European

How do I get map as everyone else has it to see my regions?

Anyone has this problem no map?

Maybe I give them a call because I'm trying see this 24 new regions..
